Check-in & check-out inspections

Know what changed during every stay.

Record the condition of your property at check-in, inspect it again after check-out, and identify missing items, damage, and other differences between inspections.

One record before. One inspection after.

The check-in inspection records what was actually present when the stay began. After check-out, a new inspection helps you identify what changed.

Listio uses the check-in inspection as the reference for check-out, helping you distinguish existing issues from differences identified after the stay.

If it wasn't there at check-in, it isn't treated as a new missing item at check-out.

If an inspector doesn't find an item during check-in, Listio keeps that information on record. The item isn't later treated as something that disappeared during that stay.

The item remains in the property's records, so the manager can review it later and decide whether it should remain active in the inventory.

Inspect the property room by room.

Instead of working through one long list, Listio organizes the inspection around the actual layout of the property, making it easier to check items while walking through each room.
